The free audit, the management offer and the terms we explain before you commit.
1. About these terms
These terms explain the website’s application process and the management offer described on it. Visiting the site, using the chat assistant or applying for an audit does not create a paid management agreement. Any management engagement requires a separate agreement.
2. Who can apply
Our services are for creators aged 18 or older. To apply, you must be earning at least $1,000 a month, net after platform fees, averaged over the last three full months across all subscription platforms combined. Instagram must be your main source of new fans, and you must be 18 or older.
Please answer accurately. A “No” means you do not meet the eligibility criteria. If you answered by mistake, reopen the application and correct your answer. Passing the questions does not guarantee that we will offer management. The audit is how we decide whether the fit is right.
3. The free growth audit
The audit is free and carries no obligation to sign up. You can start an application from the page or through the chat assistant. We review what you send and discuss your setup, the first three things we would change, and whether we are a fit.
The chat assistant provides automated answers about TIEM. It is not a live manager and does not provide legal, tax or account-recovery advice. You can also contact us at info@tiem-studios.com.
4. Working together
The services described on the page include fan conversations covered in shifts, social growth work, content direction and calendars, content monitoring and removal requests, and setting up and managing an additional subscription page using your existing content library.
You stay involved in your brand. You set your boundaries, approve the strategy, pricing and tone of voice, and keep control of your account. The agreed services, access arrangements and approvals are set out for your engagement before work begins. Removal requests cannot guarantee that a third party will remove content.
5. Commission and notice
Management is commission only. There is no upfront charge, setup fee or monthly retainer. The exact split is disclosed on the audit call before you commit; the commission terms are agreed for your engagement.
There is no minimum term and no exit fee. Either party may end the management arrangement on seven days’ notice in text form. You can send notice by email to info@tiem-studios.com.
6. Results are individual
Rhian’s video and revenue screenshots are shared with her written consent. The figures describe her account for the periods shown, net of platform fees. They do not show what another creator will earn and are not a forecast, promise or guarantee.
Your starting point, audience, niche, content and participation affect what is possible. Management is not the only factor that can influence results. TIEM does not guarantee earnings or an application outcome.
7. Applications and privacy
By submitting an application, you ask us to review it and contact you about your audit. The Privacy Policy explains the information sent through Typeform, applications started through the chat assistant, qualification events, hosting and advertising tags.
Advertising consent is separate from your application. You can decline advertising cookies and still use the page, chat assistant and application form. To change or withdraw an advertising choice, open Cookie settings and select Decline. See the Privacy Policy for how that choice changes the tags’ behaviour.
