2. What data we process, and why

a) Server log files (hosting). This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Netlify automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL and time of access in server log files. This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are retained by Netlify for a limited period. b) Application form. If you apply for a growth audit, we process the information you provide: your name or creator name, Instagram handle and/or email address, optionally a WhatsApp/phone number and message, plus your answers about revenue range, platforms and challenges. Form submissions are transmitted and processed via Formspree, Inc., USA (privacy policy) and delivered to us by email. We use this data exclusively to review your application and respond to you (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no business relationship results, we delete application data within 12 months.

c) Advertising attribution. If you reach this website through an advertisement, campaign parameters contained in the link (e.g. utm_source, utm_campaign, click IDs such as gclid or fbclid) and the referrer are stored together with your application. We use this solely to measure which campaigns our applications come from (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These parameters do not identify you personally by themselves.

d) Fonts. All fonts on this website are self-hosted. No connection to third-party font services (such as Google Fonts) is established.

e) Advertising measurement (Google Ads). We use the Google Ads tag of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to measure which advertising campaigns lead to an application. This tag stores cookies on your device and may transmit data to Google, including in the United States.

This only happens if you give your consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Until you consent, the tag is loaded in a mode that stores no advertising cookies and transmits no personal identifiers (Google Consent Mode v2). You can decline and use this website without any restriction, and you may withdraw or change your decision at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. f) Photographs of our team. The portraits on this website show members of our own team. They are published on the basis of each person’s prior written consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. As a visitor, viewing these images does not involve any processing of your personal data.

Our hosting and form providers are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred to the US, this takes place on the basis of the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR, as applicable to the respective provider.
